Job Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach through the entirety of work shift (8+ hours)
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as necessary
- Familiarity with basic mathematical computations for inventory management
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning products
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and to ensure all areas are maintained to high standards
- Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to guests
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in good condition
