Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms, courtyards, and kitchens
  • High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
  • Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
  • Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
  • Ensure all pantries are stocked based on agent or executive preference
  • Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
  • Create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
  • Maintain inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis
