Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
Willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
Must pass pre-employment drug screening including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
Strict prohibition on alcohol consumption during employment
Compliance with company grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Ability to perform emergency and safety duties as part of shipboard responsibilities
Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
Acknowledging guests by name and addressing housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
Organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment and notifying managers about maintenance needs
Collecting and disposing of trash
Properly cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge areas
Building genuine relationships with guests and efficiently managing housekeeping requests
Assisting with special events such as greeting guests upon embarkation, afternoon teas, snacks, and evening cocktail parties
