Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
  • Strict prohibition on alcohol consumption during employment
  • Compliance with company grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • Ability to perform emergency and safety duties as part of shipboard responsibilities
  • Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
  • Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
  • Acknowledging guests by name and addressing housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
  • Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment and notifying managers about maintenance needs
  • Collecting and disposing of trash
  • Properly cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge areas
  • Building genuine relationships with guests and efficiently managing housekeeping requests
  • Assisting with special events such as greeting guests upon embarkation, afternoon teas, snacks, and evening cocktail parties
