Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Strict prohibition on alcohol consumption during employment
- Compliance with company grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to perform emergency and safety duties as part of shipboard responsibilities
- Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledging guests by name and addressing housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment and notifying managers about maintenance needs
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Properly cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge areas
- Building genuine relationships with guests and efficiently managing housekeeping requests
- Assisting with special events such as greeting guests upon embarkation, afternoon teas, snacks, and evening cocktail parties
