Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of general custodial experience preferred
- self-driven with a sense of pride in maintaining strict expectations of cleanliness
- ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English
- capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- may lift up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices
- prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
- environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and sanitary facility including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and warehouse
- mop clean or vacuum floors in lunchrooms, offices, and bathrooms
- stock paper supplies, soap in lunchrooms and bathrooms
- eliminate dust, dirt, and garbage from the facility
- empty trashcans and recycling cans throughout the facility
- handle various chemicals and cleaning solvents properly
- comply with safety and cleanliness standards at all times
