Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience beneficial
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Willingness to adhere strictly to sanitation and safety protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong organization and time management skills

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryways, common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed linens, ensure linen supplies, turn mattresses with assistance, empty waste baskets in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying using laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests with a smile, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from carts
- Review menu, take orders clearly and courteously, serve meals and desserts
- Return cart to kitchen, assist with storing perishable items, deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Bus and clear tables after meals, reset tables, sanitize according to food service guidelines, vacuum carpets
- Complete side work including refilling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
