Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
- No alcohol consumption permitted during employment
- Must meet grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Must be able to perform emergency and safety functions onboard ship
- Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks
- Able to maintain composure and positive attitude under pressure
Job Qualifications

- Willingness to participate in shipboard safety and emergency training
Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond kindly to housekeeping inquiries and service requests
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean up spills using appropriate equipment and notify management of maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Create genuine relationships with guests and efficiently manage housekeeping requests
- Assist guests during embarkation and participate in special events such as afternoon tea and evening cocktail parties
