Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Ability to manage physical demands of housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy

- Ability to retain and manage multiple orders simultaneously

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including defrosting refrigerators, changing bed linens, checking heat system filters, and emptying waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens by washing and drying using provided facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures at all times
- Greet residents and guests with a smile to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Review menus, take resident orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with kitchen duties
- Bus and clear tables after meals, sanitize dining areas, refill sugar holders, replenish creamers, and clean coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned
