Job Requirements
- At least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, for 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and controlled substances
- Compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- No consumption of alcohol during employment
- Temporary employment for up to 28 weeks
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills to create genuine guest relationships
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to service standards
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment and notifying managers of maintenance needs
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Properly cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Creating genuine relationships with guests and efficiently catering to housekeeping requests
- Assisting with greeting guests upon embarkation and helping during special events such as afternoon tea and evening cocktail parties
