willingness to work part-time shifts Wednesday through Saturday 4:30p-10p
ability to perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties

General cleaning of resident apartments
cleaning of hallways and common areas
assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
help respond to resident emergencies as needed
maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
