Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Must be able to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
- Must comply with company grooming standards
- Temporary position limited to 28 weeks
- Prohibition on alcohol consumption while working onboard
- Ability to perform emergency and safety functions
- Willingness to work under pressure with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years old

- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing including for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to adhere to safety and emergency procedures training
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and take action on housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to company standards
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment and notify managers of maintenance requests
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Develop genuine relationships with guests and efficiently respond to housekeeping requests
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation and assisting during special events
