Job Requirements

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
organized and dependable
ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
demonstrate respect and caring attitude toward residents
prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
availability to work full-time hours
compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous housekeeping experience desirable
ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong communication and interpersonal skills
genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
ability to meet physical demands of the job
dependable and organized work ethic

Job Duties

Clean resident and facility areas including scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other necessary items regularly
foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily
maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned areas
report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
adhere to all health and safety regulations
