Job Requirements
- Previous trash technician and housekeeper experience
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday schedules including morning, evening and night shifts
- Willingness to respond to housekeeping needs promptly
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a trash technician and housekeeper
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Good communication skills for responding to guest queries
- Ability to work full-time schedules
- Professionalism and team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by paying close attention to detail
- Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
- Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies
- Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
- Wipe down glass surfaces
- Make up beds and change linens as required
- Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
- Respond to guest queries and requests
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills and broken glasses
- Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned
