Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least 18 years of age
ability to pass a criminal background check
ability to pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
strong verbal and written communication skills
prior housekeeping experience preferred
willingness to follow company health and safety protocols including vaccination and PPE use

Job Qualifications

Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
must be at least 18 years of age
high school diploma or equivalent
excellent customer service skills
strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
possess written and verbal skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and families
must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
ability to comply with health and safety protocols such as vaccination and use of PPE

Job Duties

Clean all resident apartments as directed
clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards
encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
