Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use the guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel
  • Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized including front and back of house
  • Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Always greet guests happily with a smile while cleaning
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
  • Provide accurate and on-time shift handover reports
  • Wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed
  • Maintain clear, honest, and professional communication
  • Demonstrate a willingness to stretch beyond traditional role requirements
  • Collaborate effectively to create a welcoming environment
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking and attending meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
  • Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in various hotel areas
