Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred

- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Strong desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality and reliability in clocking in and out
- Adherence to break schedules and protocols
- Ability to provide sufficient notice for call outs
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized including front and back of house
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet guests happily with a smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Provide accurate and on-time shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed
- Maintain clear, honest, and professional communication
- Demonstrate a willingness to stretch beyond traditional role requirements
- Collaborate effectively to create a welcoming environment
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in various hotel areas
