Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed linens, turn mattresses with assistance, and empty waste baskets in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments with attention to entryways, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts, and return cart to kitchen
- Bus and clear dishes, reset tables, and clean dining areas according to food service guidelines
- Complete side work such as refilling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform additional duties as needed or assigned
