Job Duties
- Cleaning offices, recreational areas, laundry rooms, models, and restrooms
- performing deep cleans of vacant units and completing checklists
- managing cleaning supply inventories and requesting restocks as needed
- assisting with groundskeeping and trash removal
- supporting the maintenance team in inspecting and maintaining buildings and equipment
- reporting and helping address safety hazards promptly
- taking pride in ensuring the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and visually appealing
