Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- availability to work weekends
- willing to follow instructions precisely
- friendly and positive demeanor

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guestrooms clean per set standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- deliver friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work atmosphere for team members and guests
