Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience in senior living or healthcare environment preferred
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work with elderly
- physical ability to lift 30 pounds, walk, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
- ability to push, pull, or lift heavy objects or furniture
- commitment to confidentiality and respect for residents' rights
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience in a senior living or healthcare environment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, residents, and families
- commitment to provide housekeeping services that meet Western States Senior Retirement Communities standards
- willingness to work with elderly individuals
- physical ability to lift 30 pounds, walk, stoop, stand for long periods
- ability to push, pull, or lift heavy objects or furniture
Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping in resident apartments and public areas
- ensure cleanliness, safety, and welcoming environment
- coordinate with housekeeping supervisor to complete prioritized tasks
- maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
- respond promptly and professionally to resident requests
- respect residents' personal and property rights with confidentiality
- adhere to infection control, safety, and loss prevention procedures
