Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles preferred
Strong focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adhere to safety and cleaning protocols

Job Duties

Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds and changing linens
Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee
Inspecting rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good condition and reporting maintenance issues
Maintaining cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lounges, and restrooms
Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Providing courteous and professional service to guests and addressing their requests or concerns promptly
Handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and ensuring timely restocking
Preparing rooms for new guests to meet hotel cleanliness and comfort standards
