Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Attention to safety and infection control measures
- Ability to interact professionally with residents and staff
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Utilizes protective gear as directed
- Professionally clean and maintain property
- Use cleaning products and procedures as directed by company standards
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
- Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions and adheres to all safety precautions
- Interact appropriately with residents, families and other personnel
- Follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures
- Follow proper reporting, isolation and handwashing procedures and techniques
