- valid driver’s license
- ability to pass an annual physical exam
- compliance with agency safety and work environment policies
- flexibility to respond to emergency housekeeping needs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- valid driver's license
- previous custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to pass an annual physical per agency health policy
- compliance with agency safety standards and healthy work environment practices
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, kitchens, and health offices daily
- check and refill soap and paper dispensers as needed
- clean, vacuum, and dust offices and common areas
- perform high and low dusting weekly
- sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum floors
- sanitize hand-contact points such as phones, door handles, and switch covers
- spot clean doors, glass, walls, and carpets as needed
- assist with refuse removal and major cleaning tasks such as windows and walls
- attend to emergency housekeeping needs
- request supplies and recommend replacement of items beyond repair
- maintain all work areas and equipment in a safe, sanitary condition
- attend mandatory trainings and supervision meetings
- perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
