Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferably three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position
Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
Strong reliability and punctuality
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Good communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties

Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment
Assist in maintaining sanitary conditions in resident living areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure community cleanliness
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning
Manage laundry duties efficiently
Support resident needs related to housekeeping and comfort
