Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning
- Clean and maintain refrigerators, heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure linen supplies in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments with attention to carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Take meal orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with storage of perishable items
- Bus and clear dishes after meals, reset tables, and complete side work such as refilling sugar holders and cleaning the coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned
