Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items
- inspecting rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and reporting maintenance issues
- maintaining public areas including hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- adhering to proper cleaning procedures and safety standards
- providing courteous and professional guest service by addressing requests and concerns promptly
- handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met
