Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items
  • inspecting rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and reporting maintenance issues
  • maintaining public areas including hallways, lounges, and restrooms
  • adhering to proper cleaning procedures and safety standards
  • providing courteous and professional guest service by addressing requests and concerns promptly
  • handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
  • monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
  • preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met
