Job Requirements
- One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
- Must meet all health requirements and pass background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
Job Duties
- Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive manner
- Follow established cleaning procedures and supervisor directions
- Ensure the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
- Perform duties for residents and with team members courteously and professionally
- Prioritize resident safety and satisfaction
- Team with others to maintain community cleanliness
- Assist with inventory and proper use of cleaning supplies
