- Ability to walk and stand throughout entire shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shifts

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities or information as requested
- Assist in laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly service with a Service +1 attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team and guests
