Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety protocols and report maintenance issues
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in housekeeping preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Create a home away from home by transforming guest rooms into clean and welcoming retreats
- Be the cleanliness champion by maintaining sparkling public areas and back-of-house spaces
- Surprise and delight guests by anticipating their needs and replenishing amenities and supplies
- Pay attention to detail by making beds with crisp linens and shining bathroom fixtures
- Collaborate closely with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prioritize safety by promptly reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Solve guest problems and address requests with a positive attitude and commitment to resolution
- Embrace flexibility by adapting to various tasks and shifts
- Perform job duties with pride and strive for excellence in every task
