Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and report maintenance issues
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical stamina
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in housekeeping preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Create a home away from home by transforming guest rooms into clean and welcoming retreats
  • Be the cleanliness champion by maintaining sparkling public areas and back-of-house spaces
  • Surprise and delight guests by anticipating their needs and replenishing amenities and supplies
  • Pay attention to detail by making beds with crisp linens and shining bathroom fixtures
  • Collaborate closely with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Prioritize safety by promptly reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Solve guest problems and address requests with a positive attitude and commitment to resolution
  • Embrace flexibility by adapting to various tasks and shifts
  • Perform job duties with pride and strive for excellence in every task
