Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Criminal background check
- Health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with COVID-19 or other communicable disease safety protocols including vaccination and PPE use
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and personal protective equipment use to prevent communicable diseases as required
Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments as directed
- Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
- Complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
