Job Requirements
- At least two years of high school education
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Capability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions effectively

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms according to established standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a positive service attitude
- Help in laundry and public area cleaning as needed
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
