Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Strong communication skills
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, and public spaces
Ensure all assigned areas meet the club's high standards for appearance and sanitation
Respond promptly to requests from members and staff
Report maintenance needs and safety issues
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
