Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is an advantage but not required
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- perform daily housekeeping activities including cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas
- ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards
- manage supplies and equipment necessary for housekeeping tasks
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- collaborate with other departments to maintain a clean and safe environment
- support the overall mission of providing exceptional care through meticulous cleanliness
- assist with special cleaning projects as needed
