Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness and ability to work up to 28 weeks onboard
- Capacity to work 12-hour shifts 7 days a week
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for long periods
- Compliance with pre-employment drug testing
- Strict adherence to no alcohol consumption policy while onboard
- Acceptance of grooming standards including restrictions on visible tattoos and piercings
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude
- Commitment to high standards of safety and professional conduct
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing
Job Duties
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping inquiries and service requests
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean spills using appropriate equipment and notify managers of maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Build genuine relationships with guests and efficiently handle housekeeping requests
- Assist in greeting guests during embarkation and support special events such as afternoon tea and evening cocktail parties
