Job Requirements

- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at the scheduled ending time unless otherwise directed
- Must clock in/out for breaks at the designated time on your schedule
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Physical ability to stoop, climb, balance, kneel, crawl, stand for sustained periods, walk long distances, perform repetitive motions with wrists/hands/fingers, and lift housekeeping items such as linens, trash, or vacuums
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Clear communication abilities
- Desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Possess strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand relevant technology for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all front and back of house areas clean and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Complete pre-cleaning duties such as stocking supplies and attending morning meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, and guest laundry as assigned
- Wear a clean approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate willingness to stretch beyond traditional role to meet the hotel's needs
