Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at the scheduled ending time unless otherwise directed
Must clock in/out for breaks at the designated time on your schedule
Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
Physical ability to stoop, climb, balance, kneel, crawl, stand for sustained periods, walk long distances, perform repetitive motions with wrists/hands/fingers, and lift housekeeping items such as linens, trash, or vacuums

Job Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
Clear communication abilities
Desire to serve all guests
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
Possess strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
Support all groups and events at the hotel
Understand relevant technology for the role
Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
Keep all front and back of house areas clean and well-organized
Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
Complete pre-cleaning duties such as stocking supplies and attending morning meetings
Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
Perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, and guest laundry as assigned
Wear a clean approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
Demonstrate willingness to stretch beyond traditional role to meet the hotel's needs
