Job Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
- No consumption of alcohol while onboard
- Compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Willingness to participate in safety and emergency training
- Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks

Job Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver excellent customer service under pressure
- Willingness to adhere to grooming standards and safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
Job Duties
- Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledging guests by name and responding to housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
- Cleaning spills with appropriate equipment and notifying managers of maintenance needs
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Building genuine relationships with guests and addressing housekeeping requests efficiently
- Greeting guests upon embarkation and assisting during special events such as afternoon tea, snacks, and evening cocktail parties
