Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as required
- Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
