Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with strong time management
Willingness to follow company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Effective communication in English with employees and residents
General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
Ability to retain multiple orders simultaneously
Strong organization and time management skills
Basic computer skills

Job Duties

Provide general housekeeping for community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
Clean and defrost refrigerators, check and maintain heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure sufficient linen supplies in apartments
Perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on main entry areas such as carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
Launder all linens using community laundry facilities
Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, soups, salads, meals, and desserts
Clear and reset tables after meals and complete side work such as replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment
Perform additional duties as assigned
