Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and write the English language
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Some housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift between 20 to 50 lbs
- Must possess adequate sight and hearing or use prosthetics that enable these senses
- Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress
- Must meet general health requirements of the facility
Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping activities in accordance with facility standards
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the facility
- Follow federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
- Work under the direction of the Executive Director, Administrator, or Director of Housekeeping
- Use appropriate cleaning methods and materials
- Assist in resident evacuation during emergency situations
- Collaborate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
