Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work part-time, four days a week including weekends
Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Adherence to federal, state, and local standards as well as facility policies
Good physical condition to handle cleaning duties
Strong attention to detail and ability to report damage
Willingness to perform additional duties such as laundry or floor technician tasks if assigned

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
Ability to follow facility cleaning procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and reliability

Job Duties

Ensure facility cleaning procedures are followed including furniture cleaned and orderly, floors are cleaned, cubicle curtains are clean and in good condition, commonly touched areas are disinfected, bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected
Check room for stains such as on walls, floors, ceiling tiles, and toilet seats and clean as needed
Ensure all soaps, sanitizers, toilet paper and paper towels are replenished daily
Perform high dusting over bed lights, A/C vents and exhaust vents as needed in resident rooms and common areas
Report all damage found while following cleaning procedures to your supervisor
Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time such as laundry and floor tech
Ensure chemicals and products are replenished and cleaning carts and janitor closets are neat and clean at the end of each shift
