Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or healthcare setting
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate in English, Spanish preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or healthcare setting
- A high school degree or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to communicate in English, Spanish preferred
- Responsible, always on time, resourceful, very accurate and detail-oriented
- Flexible as to work schedule including availability to work on weekends, holidays and in emergency situations
- Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as a team member
- Demonstrate good verbal communications, interpersonal skills and empathetic listening
Job Duties
- Clean apartments, public areas including restrooms, elevators, stairways, offices, pool area, changing rooms and other designated areas in and out of the building
- Dust all furniture, lamps, TV, pictures, window edges, blinds, and air conditioner vents
- Polish and scrub showers, sinks, mirrors and other fixtures
- Keep the facility clean and free of hazards at all times
- Transport trash to designated areas
- Ensure that equipment and work areas are clean and orderly at all times
- Wash personal clothing required for resident
