Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivating and 'can do' attitude
- Light to medium pushing and lifting is required
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Must have reliable source of transportation
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm full-time schedule
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Energetic and self-motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to perform light to medium physical tasks including pushing and lifting
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Reliable source of transportation
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Complete light and deep cleaning of fully furnished one and two-bedroom suites including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, cleaning laundry rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- Launder and replenish items such as linens, amenities, and supplies
- Prepare unfurnished apartments for move-in
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping cart, laundry room, and break room
- Adhere to schedule and complete housekeeping tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to resident requests
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
