Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience in a hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
Must be effective at listening, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns of co-workers and guests
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
Must have a desire to serve all guests
Must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled shift end
Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
Effective listening skills and conflict resolution abilities
Clear communication skills
Strong desire to serve all guests
Must be 18 years of age or older
Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to arrive and clock in on time and adhere to scheduled breaks
Ability to provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties

Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
Contribute to achieving great guest satisfaction scores through teamwork
Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
Support and be aware of all hotel groups and events
Understand and utilize relevant technology for the role
Answer all incoming calls using approved friendly greetings
Keep all workspaces clean and well organized
Pitch in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
Greet guests warmly while cleaning rooms and public areas
Complete all operational checklists accurately every shift
Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
Wear clean, approved uniforms and maintain grooming standards with a nametag and smile
Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
Exhibit a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional roles
Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
Clean and restock assigned guest rooms thoroughly per shift
Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in various hotel areas
Contribute to effective communication and positive teamwork
