Job Requirements

No previous cleaning experience required
Requires mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Physical ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and stretch regularly
Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
Availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Qualifications

High school education or equivalent knowledge
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently following verbal and written instructions
Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Commitment to excellent customer service
Effective teamwork and communication skills
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, reaching, and standing for long periods

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean per set standards
Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
Deliver exceptional service with a friendly and courteous attitude
Support a positive work environment for all team members and guests
