Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical ability to perform manual cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Basic understanding of chemical safety and infection control
- Ability to work full time during day shift
- Willingness to participate in required training programs

Job Duties
- Follows cleaning assignments and prepares housekeeping carts with supplies
- Cleans resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas using germicidal solutions
- Changes bed linens and makes beds
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and spot cleans floors and carpets
- Handles trash disposal and laundry tasks
- Inspects cleaned areas to ensure quality and neatness
- Performs routine maintenance on cleaning equipment and reports repairs
- Observes safety and infection control protocols
- Participates in educational programs and training sessions
- Promotes the mission and core values of the health system in daily activities
