Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday with potential weekend availability

Job Duties
- Cleans assigned resident apartments and common areas daily including dusting, dry mopping, wet mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing
- Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels, and maintains a stocked cleaning cart
- Demonstrates organizational skills around time management
- Makes a significant contribution to the quality of life of residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
- Actively participates as a member of a team and is committed to working toward team goals
- Promotes the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
