Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, common spaces
- Scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other essentials
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff
- Meet physical demands including standing, walking,and lifting for extended periods
- Maintain organization and multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Demonstrate genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
