Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Two years of high school education required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Capability to work independently without direct supervision
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the work shift
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- Availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
Job Qualifications

- Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning tasks to maintain rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide courteous and friendly service with a Service +1 attitude
- Contribute to a positive work environment for all team members and guests
