Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • capability to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined areas
  • availability to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training or meetings

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
  • experience in custodial or property maintenance preferred
  • excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Duties

  • Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
  • ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
  • assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
  • inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
  • maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the appropriate supervisor when re-order is necessary
