Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone and personal email address
  • Weekend availability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
  • No experience required, training provided
  • Valid driver’s license may be required depending on driving duties
  • At least 18 years of age for personal vehicle driving
  • At least 21 years of age and licensed for 3 years for company vehicle driving
  • Successful completion of a background check and/or OFAC screening where applicable

Job Duties

  • Professionally clean and maintain properties using prescribed cleaning procedures and products
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces
  • Move portable furniture to clean under and behind
  • Assist with laundry as needed
  • Create a welcoming environment by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
  • Identify and report damages by creating maintenance tickets
  • Collect and remove trash and debris
  • Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics
  • Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
  • Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
  • Maintain hot tubs as needed with provided training
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
