Job Requirements

Reliable transportation
Smartphone and personal email address
Weekend availability
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
No experience required, training provided
Valid driver’s license may be required depending on driving duties
At least 18 years of age for personal vehicle driving
At least 21 years of age and licensed for 3 years for company vehicle driving
Successful completion of a background check and/or OFAC screening where applicable

Job Duties

Professionally clean and maintain properties using prescribed cleaning procedures and products
Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces
Move portable furniture to clean under and behind
Assist with laundry as needed
Create a welcoming environment by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
Identify and report damages by creating maintenance tickets
Collect and remove trash and debris
Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics
Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
Maintain hot tubs as needed with provided training
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
