Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency to understand instructions and guest communication
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a laundry attendant is a bonus-but we will gladly train the right go-getter
- Flexible and ready for action with availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with basic English for reading labels, following instructions, and handling guest requests
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where pressure is high and rewards are awesome
- Excellent attention to detail and strong hustle for quick, accurate work
- Physically ready for active shifts including moving, bending, kneeling
- Dependable and ethical with pride in quality work
- Positive attitude and reliability in every shift
- Fast learner, hard worker, and a collaborative team player who can also work independently
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms to perfection-make beds, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and restock like a pro
- Maintain public areas to keep our hotel sparkling clean and guest-ready
- Respond to guest requests with a smile and a can-do attitude
- Report any maintenance issues or room status updates to the front desk
- Work efficiently and independently while being part of a supportive, high-energy team
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Help create the "wow" factor that keeps guests coming back
