Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
  • physical stamina and capability to perform housekeeping duties
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
  • reliable and punctual work ethic

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but optional

Job Duties

  • Create a home away from home by transforming guest rooms into clean, welcoming retreats
  • maintain sparkling public areas and back-of-house spaces ensuring every corner of the hotel reflects high standards
  • anticipate guest needs by replenishing amenities and supplies
  • perfect the little details from making beds with crisp linens to shining bathroom fixtures
  • work closely with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to ensure a safe environment
  • address guest requests or concerns with a positive attitude and commitment to resolve issues quickly
  • adapt to various tasks and shifts showing versatility and dedication
  • take ownership of role and strive for excellence in every task
